Petter Dalane Quintet
Band leader and jazz pianist Petter Dalane, who was earlier this year awarded the prestigious NTNU Ambassador Prize for 2023, releases his first album, Quintet. The album serves a cool blend of jazz, be-bop and swing. With an impressive ensemble of musicians, including Øyvind Mathisen on trumpet, Erlend Vangen Kongtorp on saxophone, Alexander Riris on double bass, and Martin Mellem on drums.
Johanna Reine-Nilsen
Trondheim-based vocalist and songwriter Johanna Reine-Nilsen has gained recognition for her immense musicality, beautiful voice, and expressive abilities.
Her songs are captivating and evoke associations to Joni Mitchell and Radka Toneff. An artist worth noting in the years to come. Her debut album "Blue Circle" consists of nine songs, each in its own way describing a story behind the songwriting process and the melancholy tied to it and life itself.
Benjamín Gísli Trio
With their introspective lyricism and captivating, warm sound, the Benjamín Gísli Trio is set to release their first album. The songs composed by Benjamín have beautiful and evocative melodies added to rich harmonies drifting complex rhythms makes up the trios Nordic and somewhat cinematic sound.

tuvahalseband is a collective of musicians based in Oslo and Trondheim playing the music and lyrics written by Tuva Halse. The music is a crossover between nordic pop and jazz, with lyrics and improvisation in focus.
